Online Application Form for DDA Housing Scheme 2016 - Registrations for a total of 25,034 units will open from September 1 and will go on till October 9. The draw will be held within 15 to 20 days after October 9.
DDA Housing Scheme Price/Cost of Flats
EWS Flats (25 – 40 sqm): Rs.7 lac to Rs.11 Lakh
1 Bedroom LIG Flat (33-48sq mt): Rs.14 lac to Rs.22 Lakh
2 Bedroom MIG Flat (75 – 127 sq mt): Range between Rs 41.30 lakh and Rs 69.90 lakh
3 Bedroom HIG Flats (84 – 165 sq mt): Rs.60 lac to Rs.1.20 crore
The registration fee for general category flats will Rs 1 lakh, while it will be Rs 10,000 for the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category.
